Made with Colors of Teranga, our Senegalese-inspired hibiscus infusion from Home of Thamani, this recipe is packed with antioxidants and bursting with fruity flavors. It’s the perfect drink for summer afternoons, garden parties, or simply cooling down in style.
Iced Strawberry Hibiscus Tea Recipe (1 liter)

6 tsp Colors of Teranga infusion (hibiscus, bissap/karkadé)

1 liter hot water

1 tsp agave syrup or sugar (adjust to taste)

A handful of fresh strawberries, sliced

Icecubes
Instructions:
- Steep 6 tsp of Colors of Teranga in 1 liter of hot water for 6 minutes.
- In a large carafe, fill about ¾ with ice cubes.
- Add the sliced fresh strawberries and agave syrup.
- Pour the hot hibiscus tea over the ice-filled carafe.
- Stir gently and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
👉 Tip: For an extra fruity twist, lightly mash a few strawberries at the bottom of the carafe before adding the tea.
